We are seeking a creative, reliable Florist to design and arrange fresh floral products for a variety of occasions. The ideal candidate has an eye for design, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Design and create floral arrangements for events, holidays, and daily orders
Assist customers with floral selections and special requests
Maintain freshness and quality of flowers and plants
Process deliveries and prepare orders for pickup or delivery
Keep the shop clean, organized, and visually appealing
Handle basic sales transactions and order details
Follow care and handling procedures for flowers and plants
Qualifications:
Creativity and attention to detail
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate loads
Dependable, punctual, and able to work weekends or holidays as needed
Previous florist or retail experience preferred, but not required
