Responsibilities:
Create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, including weekly hotel installations, events, and custom orders.
Maintain the freshness and quality of flowers and plants.
Collaborate with clients to understand their floral preferences and provide recommendations.
Assist in setting up and dismantling floral displays for events.
Keep the work area clean and organized, ensuring all tools and materials are maintained.
Stay updated on the latest floral design trends and techniques.
Requirements:
Experience in floral design (junior level: 1-2 years; mid-level: 2-4 years).
Creative eye and attention to detail in designing arrangements.
Knowledge of flowers, plants, and proper care techniques.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
