Lei Rose Flowers is seeking a talented and experienced Florist with a minimum of 4 years of experience in floral design, specializing in European-style bouquets and the latest bouquet trends. The ideal candidate should have a passion for flowers, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to create modern, elegant, and stylish floral arrangements that align with current floral fashion.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and craft European-style bouquets and floral arrangements that reflect modern trends and timeless elegance.
Stay updated on the latest bouquet trends and introduce fresh, innovative designs to the shop's collection.
Handle flowers properly to ensure freshness and longevity.
Provide personalized customer service, assisting clients in selecting and customizing floral arrangements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing workspace.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience as a florist, with expertise in European-style floral design and the latest bouquet trends.
Strong knowledge of floral arrangement techniques, color theory, and bouquet structures.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
