Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and passionate Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Florist will be responsible for creating floral arrangements, assisting customers, and managing inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

Floral Design:

Create and design custom floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, events, and everyday orders. Maintain knowledge of floral trends and techniques to deliver innovative designs.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional service by assisting customers with their floral needs, offering product recommendations, and answering any inquiries. Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Inventory Management:

Manage inventory levels of flowers and supplies, ensuring fresh stock is available. Perform regular checks on the quality of floral products and maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient operation and a cohesive work environment. Participate in team meetings to discuss goals, sales strategies, and upcoming events.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; certification in floral design is a plus. Previous experience as a Florist or in a similar role is preferred. Strong creativity and attention to detail in floral design. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to lift and carry heavy items and work in a physically demanding environment. Basic knowledge of plants, flowers, and gardening techniques.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
