Key Responsibilities:
Create fresh flower bouquets, arrangements, and event decorations
Assist customers in selecting flowers, plants, and gift items
Maintain flower stock, ensure proper care, and manage daily inventory
Prepare orders for walk-in customers, online requests, and special events
Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing
Handle deliveries, packaging, and floral preparation with care
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer inquiries or issues
Support decorating tasks for weddings, events, and corporate functions
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Florist or in a flower shop is preferred
Strong creativity and eye for color, style, and design
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work with fresh flowers and stand for long hours
Knowledge of floral care, arrangement techniques, and seasonal flowers
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and time-management skills
