Responsibilities:
Create elegant fresh floral arrangements for retail and events
Design floral concepts for weddings, hotels, and corporate clients
Maintain the highest standards of presentation and quality
Collaborate with the events team to execute luxury setups
Requirements:
Proven experience as a florist in a high-end floral or event company
Strong creativity and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good communication and teamwork skills
