The Secret Garden Flowers is a boutique florist located in the heart of Downtown Dubai, known for our elegant floral designs, personalized service, and commitment to quality. We cater to a diverse clientele including walk-in customers, luxury hotels, event planners, and corporate clients.

We are currently looking for an

experienced and creative florist

to join our dynamic team -- someone who can bring fresh ideas, manage customer relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

Floral Design & Arrangements:

Create bespoke floral arrangements for daily orders, events, weddings, and corporate clients, ensuring top quality and creativity.

Sales & Client Engagement:

Handle walk-in clients, online and phone orders with excellent customer service skills; upsell and recommend premium designs.

Social Media & Marketing:

Manage and update social media accounts with new content, including photos, stories, and reels that showcase our designs and promotions.

Lead Management:

Respond promptly to social media and website leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into confirmed sales.

Business Development:

Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, wedding planners, event coordinators, and corporate partners to generate new business.

Delivery Coordination:

Oversee daily deliveries, ensuring timely dispatch and high service quality.

Cash & POS Handling:

Process payments accurately and handle cash responsibly.

Inventory Management:

Maintain stock levels, order fresh flowers and supplies, and ensure waste is minimized.

Requirements

Minimum

2 years of professional experience

as a florist (retail or event-based). Strong floral design skills, with a good understanding of color, texture, and seasonal flowers. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Fluent in

English

(Arabic or other languages a plus). Confident using

social media platforms

(Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business) for marketing and engagement. Basic computer and POS system skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Must be

immediately available

to join.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with luxury or boutique florists in the UAE. Existing contacts with hotels, event planners, or wedding coordinators. Photography or content creation skills for social media. Valid UAE driving license (advantage, but not required).
