As a Florist, you will be responsible for crafting beautiful floral arrangements, maintaining inventory, and helping customers choose the perfect blooms for any occasion.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and prepare floral arrangements for a variety of events (weddings, funerals, holidays, corporate, etc.)
Assist customers in selecting flowers and provide expert recommendations
Receive and inspect flower deliveries to ensure freshness and quality
Maintain and manage flower inventory and supplies
Keep the workspace clean, organized, and visually appealing
Stay updated on floral trends and seasonal styles
Handle sales transactions and process payments accurately
Assist with deliveries of floral arrangements (if applicable)
Requirements:
Prior experience in floral design or working in a flower shop is preferred
Strong knowledge of flowers, plants, and floral arrangement techniques
Excellent attention to detail and creativity
Friendly personality with strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, if required
