Design and create floral arrangements, bouquets, baskets, and event decorations
Maintain the freshness and presentation of flowers and plants
Handle customer inquiries and provide recommendations based on preferences and occasions
Manage flower inventory and supplies
Ensure the shop area is clean, organized, and visually appealing
Prepare flowers for delivery with proper packaging and care
Assist with online and in-store orders
Requirements:
Proven experience as a florist or floral designer
Strong creativity and design skills
Knowledge of flower types, colors, and arrangements
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and time management
Knowledge of floral care and maintenance
Preferred:
Experience in event or wedding decoration
Photography or social media skills (a plus)
Balloons Works Experience.
Team player with a positive attitude
