We are looking for a
talented and passionate Florist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in floral arrangements, bouquet design, and event decoration, with a strong eye for detail and creativity.
Responsibilities:
Create flower arrangements, bouquets, and event decor as per client requirements
Maintain freshness and presentation of flowers in the shop's cold room
Assist customers in selecting flowers and provide recommendations
Ensure shop display is attractive and welcoming
Handle orders (walk-in, online, and delivery) with care and accuracy
Requirements:
Previous experience as a florist (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
Knowledge of flower care, arrangement styles, and seasonal flowers
Creativity, attention to detail, and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure during peak seasons (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.)
Good communication skills (English required; Arabic/Hindi is a plus)
