We are seeking a hard-working, affable, and trustworthy Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will preferably be someone with 2-3 years of relevant experience in floral design and arrangement. Training will be provided by the company to ensure you are well-equipped to meet our standards and expectations. Salary will be based on experience*
Key Responsibilities:
Create and design floral arrangements according to customer specifications and company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Assist customers in selecting appropriate floral arrangements for various occasions.
Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Florist or in a related field.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and trends.
