Looking for an UAE experienced Florist for this role.
To go along with our landscaping projects, the senior florist will be in charge of choosing, arranging, and maintaining flowers and plants. The ideal candidate for this position will be imaginative, organized, and well-versed in floral design concepts. Working closely with our landscape designers, the ideal applicant will incorporate floral themes into our clients' outdoor areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Arrangement: Make bouquets, floral arrangements, and other ornamental components that complement landscape designs.
Plant Selection: Select suitable flowers and plants according to client preferences, seasonal availability, and color schemes.
Maintenance: Water, prune, and control pests to maintain the health and vitality of plant and flower materials.
Collaboration: Work closely with landscape designers and clients to understand design requirements and provide floral solutions that meet project goals.
Customer service: Have positive discussions with customers to grasp their goals and offer knowledgeable flower design guidance.
Inventory Control: Oversee the ordering, receiving, and stock organization of flowers and plants.
Setup & Installation: Manage the arrangement and placement of flowers in different outdoor areas.
