Position Overview:
Floriana Company is seeking a skilled and creative Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers and chocolates, along with experience in both floral arrangement and customer service. This position requires a valid driving license in the UAE as occasional deliveries may be necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate events. Assist customers in selecting the perfect floral designs and chocolates to suit their preferences and occasions. Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and chocolates, ensuring a diverse and high-quality selection at all times. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs and offering expert advice and suggestions. Execute timely deliveries of floral arrangements and chocolates to customers across the UAE. Keep the workspace clean and organized, including floral preparation areas, storage facilities, and delivery vehicles. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop innovative floral and chocolate designs. Stay updated on industry trends, new floral varieties, and chocolate products to continually enhance offerings.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Florist, preferably in a floral and chocolate shop environment. Proficiency in floral arrangement techniques, including bouquet construction, centerpieces, and decorative displays. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and engage with diverse clientele. Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and chocolates, including their care requirements and seasonal availability. Creative flair and attention to detail, with the ability to translate customer preferences into visually appealing designs. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed. Fluent English is a must Valid UAE driving license is a plus.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
