Role Description

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Florist with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in floral design and arrangement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury-focused environment and understands the power of flowers in storytelling. The Florist will be responsible for creating and designing flower arrangements, providing decoration services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.

Job & Responsibilities:

Create daily fresh flower arrangements for clients and events Conceptualize floral designs for luxury gifting and bespoke setups Manage flower inventory and ensure top-quality blooms at all times Collaborate with design, packaging, and customer service teams Maintain visual and aesthetic standards in line with brand identity
Qualifications:

Immediate Joiner Minimum 1 year of experience as a florist or floral designer Strong eye for color, shape, and composition Comfortable working under pressure and tight timelines Positive attitude, team player, and customer-focused mindset Knowledge of flower care and handling techniques
Preferred Relevant Experience:

Has event styling or gifting experience Basic photography/styling skills for social media Familiarity with floral trends in the UAE market
