Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and passionate

Florist

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a love for flowers and plants, and a genuine desire to create beautiful floral arrangements for a wide range of occasions. You will be responsible for preparing, arranging, and selling flowers to customers, as well as maintaining the freshness and visual appeal of our floral displays.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and create custom floral arrangements for weddings, events, funerals, holidays, and daily sales Consult with customers to understand their floral needs and recommend suitable arrangements Care for flowers and plants to ensure freshness and longevity (e.g., watering, pruning, conditioning) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and display units Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and flowers Ensure all arrangements meet customer expectations and brand standards Stay current with floral design trends and techniques Handle POS transactions and customer inquiries in a professional manner Assist in delivery preparation and, if needed, deliver arrangements locally

Requirements:

Proven experience as a florist or in floral design is preferred Strong artistic and design skills Good knowledge of flower and plant care Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift flower buckets

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
