- Prepare comprehensive floral action plans outlining design concepts, flower types, quantities, and timelines. Submit plans to the Event Manager for approval and revise based on team feedback.
- Design luxurious, theme-aligned arrangements and lead their execution on-site. Supervise setup, ensure visual excellence, and liaise with clients to guarantee satisfaction.
- Oversee assistant floral coordinators, assign responsibilities, and provide ongoing guidance. Foster a creative and professional team culture that supports high standards.
- Maintain floral inventory and freshness, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely preparation. Stay updated on global trends and propose fresh, high-impact floral concepts.
