We are seeking a talented and experienced

Senior Florist

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in floral design, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a team. You will be responsible for creating high-quality floral arrangements, managing daily shop operations, and working closely with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions Manage flower inventory, ordering, and care Consult with clients to understand their floral needs Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop environment Stay current with floral trends and seasonal designs

Requirements:

Proven experience as a florist, with leadership or senior-level experience Strong knowledge of flowers, plants, and design techniques Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Creative, detail-oriented, and reliable

Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
