About the Role:
As a Florist, you will be responsible for crafting stunning bouquets and floral arrangements for every occasion--from everyday blooms to luxurious events. You'll assist in sales, handle fresh flowers with care, and ensure each creation meets the highest standards of beauty and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and prepare custom floral arrangements, hand bouquets, and installations
Handle fresh flowers with knowledge of seasonal varieties and care techniques
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and freshness in the flower display area
Collaborate with the sales team to meet client needs and support in-store promotions
Keep up-to-date with floral trends, color palettes, and creative styling
Manage floral stock levels, unpack deliveries, and ensure quality control
Requirements:
Minimum 1
years of hands-on florist experience in retail or event floral design
Strong knowledge of flowers, foliage, vase life, color combinations, and arrangement techniques
Creative flair with attention to detail
Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work on weekends or special occasions as needed
