Responsibilities:
Design and prepare floral arrangements for various occasions (weddings, funerals, holidays, etc.)
Assist customers with flower selection and recommendations
Manage and maintain flower inventory and supplies
Receive and unpack flower deliveries, ensuring freshness and quality
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Stay current on floral trends and seasonal designs
Handle sales transactions and process payments
Deliver arrangements (if applicable)
Requirements:
Previous experience as a florist or in floral design preferred
Knowledge of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques
Strong attention to detail and creativity
Excellent customer service and communication skillsu
