Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and passionate Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in floral design, a good sense of color and composition, and the ability to create beautiful, high-end arrangements for various occasions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and prepare flower arrangements, bouquets, flower boxes, and decorative pieces
Ensure all floral products meet the brand's standards in quality and presentation
Maintain fresh inventory and manage flower care and storage
Assist walk-in clients with selection and customization of floral products
Coordinate with the events team for floral setups at weddings, corporate events, and special functions
Keep the workspace clean, organized, and fully stocked
Stay updated with the latest trends in floral design
Requirements:
Proven experience as a florist or in a floral shop
Strong sense of creativity, style, and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
Based in Dubai, preferably near Mirdif
