What You'll DoSenior Florist Responsibilities

Lead creation of premium arrangements including flower boxes, vases, and custom event decor Supervise and train junior florists on floral techniques and brand standards Coordinate and fulfill online orders from Laflora.ae with speed and precision Design and refresh in-store floral displays to enhance customer experience Communicate directly with clients and walk-in customers for bespoke orders Manage floral inventory, conditioning, and vendor coordination

Junior Florist Responsibilities

Assist with flower preparation and arrangement under senior florist guidance Help fulfill website orders, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards Support with daily in-store display setup and product rotation Communicate with customers in-store and over the phone for basic inquiries Follow flower care routines and maintain work area cleanliness

What We're Looking For

Minimum

3 years of florist experience

(UAE experience preferred) Knowledge of fresh flower care, design techniques, and seasonal varieties Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail Good communication skills Flexibility to work weekends and high-volume seasons
