Qualifications: Preferably four years working experience as a Florist (experience in wedding set up is an advantage) Degree in Floristry preferred but not required Creative and innovative: Must always come up with new ideas and creations in terms of bouquet and arrangements. Conceptualizes and designs flower arrangements in a \xe2\x80\x98proactive\xe2\x80\x99 attitude as per branding requirements. Expertise/ familiarity in flower techniques and keeps track of current market trends Provides quality assurance of all flower arrangements/products before delivery to customers Meets overall customer satisfaction and resolves customer complaints Ensures that weekly arrangements are made/deliver on time as per requested design Adheres to the company systems & procedures in the discharge of functions and/or responsibility Accomplishes the Florist Daily Report Assists and estimates corporate and personal needs of clients for flower/plant arrangements and landscaping requirements Handles the wedding arrangement for the stage and sees to it that all works are on time and in conformity with the agreed design Handles and arrange the floral displays on office premises Provides the Managing Director regular reports regarding any difficulties encountered and recommend alternative solutions thereon Collaborates with accounts and marketing team to initiate marketing strategies for inviting new customers to add to company\xe2\x80\x99s existing customer database Adheres strictly to company rules and policies at all times Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
