Responsibilities:
Design and create original floral arrangements for various occasions (weddings, birthdays, events, etc.)
Prepare bouquets, centerpieces, wreaths, and other floral items according to customer specifications and trends.
Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering suggestions.
Manage daily flower preparation, including cutting, watering, and maintaining freshness of inventory.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including flower display areas and storage.
Handle flower orders, packaging, and timely delivery coordination.
Keep track of stock levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Stay updated with floral trends and seasonal flowers.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of experience
working as a florist or in a similar floral design role.
Strong knowledge of flowers design and techniques.
Excellent aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, especially during peak seasons.
Flexible to work on weekends or special events when needed.
Basic knowledge of flower care and preservation techniques.
