Your primary responsibilities will include: Designing and creating unique floral arrangements that align with clients\' visions and event themes. Selecting and sourcing the finest flowers and foliage to ensure the highest quality products. Collaborating with clients to understand their preferences and requirements. Executing on-site setup and arrangements for events when necessary. Maintaining the freshness and care of floral inventory. Assisting with general shop operations and administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess: Proven experience in floral design and arrangement. Strong creative skills and an eye for detail. Excellent knowledge of different flower varieties and their care. Effective communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
