We are looking for a creative and reliable Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will design beautiful floral arrangements, handle fresh flowers with care, and help customers select flowers for various occasions.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect flower shipments; trim and prepare flowers to keep them fresh.
Create bouquets, arrangements, and displays for everyday sales, events, and special occasions (weddings, birthdays, funerals, etc.)
Consult with customers to understand their needs -- suggest flower types, colors, arrangements and care instructions.
Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies; keep the shop clean and organized.
Pack and prepare arrangements safely for delivery or customer pickup.
Required Skills & Qualities:
Previous experience working with flowers or in a floral shop is preferred.
Creative eye for design, color, and arrangement aesthetics.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Attention to detail, care handling delicate flowers, and ability to manage multiple orders.
Ability to work under pressure -- especially during busy periods, events or holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
