Responsibilities:
Create flower arrangements, centerpieces, arches, and stage decor based on event themes.
Select fresh flowers and materials according to the color scheme and design plan.
Coordinate with the event designer and decor team to match the overall concept.
Handle setup, installation, and removal of floral decorations at event venues.
Ensure flowers remain fresh and visually appealing throughout the event.
Manage flower inventory and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Florist or Floral Decorator
(preferably in weddings/events).
Good knowledge of
flowers, colors, and arrangement techniques
.
Creative eye for detail and design.
Ability to work under pressure and meet event deadlines.
UAE experience preferred.
