Package and present floral arrangements attractively for various purposes, including in-store displays and customer gifts.
Maintain an organized and efficient workspace, managing inventory and supplies.
Provide expert advice on floral trends and care, contributing to the overall customer experience.
Ensure all floral designs are completed on time and meet the company's quality standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a florist or floral designer, with a strong portfolio of work.
Excellent sense of aesthetics and design, with attention to detail.
Knowledge of flower varieties, seasonal availability, and floral care.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Creativity and a passion for floral artistry.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for special events.
