We are searching for a Florist Administrator to work in our flower shop. The Florist\'s administrator responsibilities are as follow. 1. Managing the daily operations of the flower shop, including maintaining inventory levels, ordering supplies, and overseeing staff. 2. Providing exceptional customer service to clients by answering questions about floral arrangements, taking orders, and resolving any issues. 3. Creating and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of fresh flowers and other materials. 4. Managing employee schedules and ensuring that the shop is properly staffed at all times. 5. Designing floral arrangements and ensuring that they are delivered on time and in perfect condition. 6. Managing financial transactions, including tracking sales, managing expenses, and creating financial reports. 7. Marketing the flower shop through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and local advertising. 8. Maintaining a clean and organized shop environment and ensuring that all equipment and tools are in good working order. 9. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and managing any potential hazards in the workplace. 10. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and new floral design techniques.
