You will be responsible for preparing, arranging, and selling flowers to customers, as well as maintaining the freshness and visual appeal of our floral displays.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and create custom floral arrangements for weddings, events, funerals, holidays, and daily sales
Consult with customers to understand their floral needs and recommend suitable arrangements
Care for flowers and plants to ensure freshness and longevity (e.g., watering, pruning, conditioning)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and display units
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and flowers
Ensure all arrangements meet customer expectations and brand standards
Stay current with floral design trends and techniques
