About Us:

Gradient is a leading flower shop in Abu Dhabi, known for its creative floral arrangements and excellent customer service.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Florist to support our team.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the creation of floral arrangements under the guidance of senior florists

- Help manage inventory and unpack new shipments of flowers and supplies

- Consult with customers to understand their floral needs, preferences, and budget

- Manage daily shop operations, including opening and closing procedures

- Schedule and coordinate deliveries and ensure orders are prepared on time

- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and customer orders

- Place orders with suppliers and ensure timely restocking

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a flower shop or similar environment is preferred.

- Basic knowledge of floral design and flower care.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Good communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Interest in floral design and willingness to learn.

- Certification in Floral Design or related field is a plus.
