to join our team and help bring beautiful floral designs to life for every occasion--from everyday bouquets to weddings and events.
What You'll Do:
Create custom floral arrangements based on client requests and seasonal availability
Prepare flowers for display and sale (cutting, watering, arranging)
Maintain shop cleanliness, organize inventory, and ensure fresh stock
Assist walk-in customers with purchases and offer expert floral advice
Manage orders for delivery and special events
Contribute to social media content and in-store visual merchandising (optional)
Who You Are:
You have previous experience in floral design or a related creative field (preferred but not required)
You're friendly, professional, and love working with people
You're comfortable working on your feet and with your hands
You have a good eye for color, design, and composition
You're able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if needed
