As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements and ensuring the highest quality of flowers and plants for our customers. Your creativity and knowledge of floral design, plant care, and customer service will play a crucial role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal of various occasions and events.
Key Responsibilities:
o? ?Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions.
o? ?Maintain the health and appearance of plants and flowers, including watering, pruning, and ensuring proper storage.
o? ?Assist customers in selecting appropriate floral arrangements and plants based on their needs and preferences.
o? ?Handle sales transactions, process orders, and manage inventory.
o? ?Stay updated with floral design trends and continuously enhance your creative skills.
o? ?Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of fresh flowers and supplies.
o? ?Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and stored.
Qualifications:
o? ?Proven experience as a Florist.
o? ?Strong knowledge of floral design, plant care, and flower varieties.
o? ?Excellent customer service and communication skills.
o? ?Creative and artistic abilities with attention to detail.
o? ?Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o? ?Must speak English Fluently, Arabic is also Preferred to deal with Local Customers.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
