Key Responsibilities:
Design and arrange bouquets, vases, stands, and centerpieces for various occasions.
Maintain flower freshness, proper storage, and overall display quality.
Assist customers with floral selections and manage daily orders.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
Support in gift wrapping, balloon decoration, and event setups.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in floral design (UAE experience preferred).
Strong creativity and knowledge of flower care and arrangement styles.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders.
