Dee Designers (SMC-Private) Limited is looking for an experienced and hardworking
Flooring Fixer
to join our growing team in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of flooring materials such as
tiles, vinyl, laminate, parquet, carpets, and wooden flooring
. This role requires
skilled craftsmanship, physical fitness, and attention to detail
to deliver high-quality work and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Measure, cut, and fit flooring materials according to site requirements.
Install various types of flooring including
wood, vinyl, parquet, laminate, tiles, and carpets
.
Prepare and level surfaces before installation.
Mix and apply adhesives, grout, or sealants where required.
Repair, polish, and maintain damaged flooring as needed.
Operate hand tools, cutting machines, and carpentry equipment safely.
Ensure flooring is aligned, level, and finished to professional standards.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
Complete assigned tasks within deadlines while maintaining quality.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a
Flooring Fixer / Carpenter / Skilled Labourer
in the UAE or GCC.
Strong knowledge of flooring installation methods, cutting, and fixing techniques.
Ability to read measurements, layouts, and follow instructions.
Skilled in using carpentry and flooring tools.
Physically fit and capable of handling lifting and installation work.
Hardworking, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team.
Basic communication skills in
English, Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu
will be an advantage.
