This role is with the ARRISE group.
Responsibilities:
Supervising and coordinating the activities of production and operating staff such as croupiers and shufflers;
Offering support in implementing all internal procedures, under the supervision of the Shift Manager on duty.
Requirements:
Work experience: at least 1-year experience as a Croupier in the Live Casino Industry;
Multiple game knowledge is a plus;
Seniority within the company: at least 12 months;
Excellent knowledge of internal procedures, and regulations;
Over 95% evaluations in the last 6 months without disciplinary measures;
Great attendance score;
Written and verbal communications skills Romanian/English (any other foreign language is a plus);
Communication and presentation skills;
Patience and understanding when working with people;
PC skills (Operating PC, Microsoft Office).
