Floor Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our team at Amer Center. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing operations within GDRFA system, demonstrating leadership skills to oversee staff, ensure efficient task execution, and uphold high standards of service.
Supervise daily operations at Amer Center to ensure smooth functioning.
Ensure staff members understand and perform their duties effectively.
Guide, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
Maintain compliance with Dubai Immigration regulations and policies.
Handle staff-related issues, and promote a positive work environment.
Coordinate with relevant authorities and internal departments to facilitate smooth operations.
Handling customer queries and resolve issues promptly
Ensure excellent customer service
Address customers complaints and escalate when needed
Requirements:
*Minimum of 1 year's experience as a Supervisor within AMER Center. Strong knowledge of Amer- GDRFA systems and regulations. Ability to commute reliably or relocate to Dubai. Demonstrated leadership skills with a strong personality. Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
