Al Mukhtar Bakery is Hiring for Floor Supervisor for Muscat, Oman Branch?
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Floor Supervisor to lead and oversee the daily operations of our bakery Muscat, Oman branch. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a solid background in the bakery, restaurant, or food & beverage industry.
Position: Floor Supervisor (for Oman) - 1post
Salary: 300 - 400 OMR
Weekly Off: 1 day
Location: Muscat, Oman
Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the bakery, restaurant, or food & beverage industry.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
