Responsibilities:
Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth service flow Lead, train, and motivate front-line staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the floor Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally Coordinate with kitchen and management teams for seamless communication Assist in scheduling, inventory, and shift management tasks Uphold company policies and maintain a positive team environment
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in a hospitality supervisory role (restaurant, hotel, or similar environment) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Excellent attention to detail and a passion for service excellence Hands-on, proactive, and team-orientedBenefits:

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
