Job Summary:

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the sales or production floor, ensuring high levels of customer service, team productivity, and operational efficiency. This role acts as a liaison between frontline staff and management, leading by example, supporting team members, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of floor staff to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service. Monitor workflow, delegate tasks, and provide real-time direction and support to team members. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly. Train, coach, and mentor new and existing staff to maintain performance standards. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and merchandising (if applicable). Conduct opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reports. Collaborate with management to implement sales initiatives and meet performance targets. Enforce company policies and ensure team adherence to operational guidelines. Support audits and inspections by maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business or a related field is a plus. 2+ years of relevant experience in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems or relevant operational tools. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and safety protocols.

Pay: AED2,400.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
