Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our team at DET Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing operations within Dubai Economy systems. This role requires leadership skills to oversee staff, ensure tasks are executed efficiently, and maintain high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations at DET Center Ensure staff understand and perform their duties effectively Guide, train, and motivate team members Maintain compliance with DET regulations Handle staff-related issues and performance management Coordinate with relevant authorities and internal departments
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience as Supervisor in DET Center Strong knowledge of Dubai Economy systems Ability to commute reliably or relocate to Dubai Leadership skills with a strong personality Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic will be an advantage Must be willing to work full-time
