Floor Supervisor

The Floor Supervisor plays a key role in overseeing the daily operations on the workshop floor, ensuring high-quality service delivery, staff productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Supervision:

Lead and supervise the team of detailers, polishers, and PPF installers, ensuring efficient task allocation and productivity.

Job Scheduling:

Assign jobs and set clear timelines for completion, coordinating workflow to avoid delays.

Quality Control:

Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all work meets the company's standards and customer expectations.

Customer Interaction:

Engage with customers to discuss services, provide expert advice, and ensure all concerns are addressed professionally.

Inventory & Resources Management:

Monitor stock levels, request supplies, and ensure all equipment and tools are properly maintained and stored.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate reports and logs as required by management, including job status, staff performance, and material usage.

Performance Monitoring:

Track team productivity and ensure efficient use of labor and time. Review daily reports and follow up on pending tasks.

Internal Communication:

Participate in weekly meetings with management and conduct regular team meetings to communicate targets, updates, and feedback.

Customer Service:

Ensure customers are welcomed promptly, provided with clear estimates, and updated on job progress as needed.

Cleanliness & Safety:

Ensure the work area and customer lounge are clean, organized, and safe at all times. Enforce safety protocols on the floor.

Professionalism:

Maintain a professional appearance and attitude, setting an example for the team.

Other Duties:

Carry out any additional tasks assigned by management to support operational goals.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
