Floor Supervisor
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Floor Supervisor to oversee day-to-day guest service and operational activities at the beach facility. The Floor Supervisor will ensure smooth service delivery, staff coordination, and adherence to hospitality standards, creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable beach experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations across designated beach areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and high-quality guest service. Monitor the performance of lifeguards, housekeeping, and service staff on shift. Support the Beach Manager in coordinating F&B operations, guest relations, and activity areas. Ensure staff follow company policies, health & safety regulations, and customer service standards. Address and resolve guest inquiries, requests, or complaints promptly. Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and beach amenities to maintain standards. Report operational issues and improvement needs to the Beach Manager.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field (preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality operations. Strong communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams. Good organizational and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
