Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Floor Supervisor
with a strong background in Ayurveda (either as a qualified Ayurveda professional or with hands-on healthcare centre experience). The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain service quality, and support staff and patients within our Ayurveda healthcare facility.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day floor operations of the Ayurveda health care centre. Supervise therapists, attendants, and support staff to ensure quality service delivery. Manage patient flow, appointments, and treatment coordination. Monitor hygiene, safety, and compliance with healthcare standards. Assist in handling patient queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Support management in implementing Ayurveda-based wellness programs.
Qualifications & Experience:
Degree/Diploma in
Ayurveda / Ayurveda Nursing / Ayurveda Therapy
OR proven supervisory experience in an Ayurveda healthcare centre. Strong knowledge of Ayurveda practices, therapies, and treatments. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to manage staff and ensure a patient-first environment. Location: Abu Dhabi Employment Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-time
