Qualifications:
Food safety and sanitation certification
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
Years of Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles.
Proven track record of successfully overseeing restaurant operations and ensuring high-quality service.
Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
Implementing and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
Leading and motivating restaurant staff to achieve operational excellence.
