Floor Plan Inspector
Job Description
Responsibilities:Conduct initial and final review of all submitted Floor plan.Approved the events floor plan if found no noncompliance to Client Health and Safety Rules and RegulationsMonitor the event set up on site as per the approved floor plan and implement the HSE Rules and Regulations.Follow up on stand completion status and ensure that the halls are ready for the opening.Carry out pre-opening checks.Implement any other duties as assigned by Venues Infrastructure and assist him in all operations mattersImplement duties in line with the Quality Standards, Security and Health & Safety requirements.Required SkillsDiploma in Engineering or Equivalent certification courses.Minimum of 2-year experience in the event industryProficiency in AutoCADFluent in English (verbal and written)Computer literacy essentialProficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet and EmailReport WritingIOSH certifiedAutoCADNEBOSH I.G.C.Where he can cover for any fire safety related emergencies and enquiries.IOSH Managing Safely.Where he can cover for all general HSE related emergencies and enquiries.
