Angel Cakes is looking for a dedicated and skilled Floor Manager in our cafe in Dubai .

Role Description:
As a Floor Manager at Angel Cakes, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring a high level of customer service and guest satisfaction
Managing cafe staff, including scheduling and task allocation
Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Handling customer feedback and resolving any issues promptly
Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed
Upholding health and safety standards according to HACCP guidelines
Communicating with clients and partners in Russian (fluency is required)
Occasional business trips to Monaco
Who We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Cafe Administrator or in a similar role Strong organizational and multitasking skills A passion for providing excellent customer service Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively Familiarity with health and safety regulations in food service Fluent in French and English
