Responsibilities:
Oversee
day-to-day floor operations
ensuring smooth client flow and premium service standards.
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance to maintain efficiency.
Ensure compliance with
healthcare and wellness protocols
as per SHCC/MOHAP guidelines.
Monitor
ambience, cleanliness, and client comfort
across all treatment rooms and waiting areas.
Act as the
first point of contact for clients
to address concerns, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with administration, HR, and operations to ensure seamless functioning.
Support in
events, promotions, and wellness programs
hosted at the center.
