Floor Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to oversee daily operations in our retail store. The Floor Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining the store's visual appearance. This position requires excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Supervise floor staff and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
Monitor customer service standards and address any issues that arise
Ensure store is well stocked with merchandise and supplies
Maintain accurate inventory records
Monitor store security systems and enforce safety protocols
Develop strategies to increase customer engagement
Manage floor staff scheduling and payroll
Train new staff on job duties and customer service standards
Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Floor Manager or similar role in retail or hospitality industry
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff members
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
