This is not simply our job, it's our passion. The Floor Manager is responsible for the day-to-day functions of restaurant food & beverage department. The Floor Manager will be responsible for hiring, training and oversight of restaurant staff, along with, private parties, a la carte dining and other events. This position will report directly to the Director of Food & Beverage and also have a bar component working with the Bar Manager. Our brand is expanding faster than ever before.
