Job Description
:
- Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Ensure availability of stock by maintaining inventories.
- Maintain record and issuance of job order and submission of the same to accounts department after completion.
- Maintain store area in good condition.
- Keep proper records of all the stock issued and returned in real time.
- Carry out monthly inventory every month.
- Inspect the Quantity of goods and match it with as per on invoice.
- Maintain finished goods sheet with GRN from production supervisor.
- Issuing raw materials to production as per job order.
- Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and shippers.
- Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.
- Should have prior experience in production and manufacturing.
- Currently in UAE and willing to join immediately.
- PC literate with good Excel knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
